朱昱敏,女,20156月于南京大學獲學士學位,20206月于清華大學獲博士學位。


研究方向

多組學與生物信息學,關注母嬰健康、血管疾病等領域。

1.疾病生物标志物鑒定及風險預測模型開發

結合隊列研究、生物信息學算法分子生物學實驗和人工智能模型,鑒定可用于疾病早期診斷或預後監測的生物标志物,并構建精準預測智能模型

2.醫學大數據整合研究及基因調控網絡構建

整合多組學等生物醫學大數據,從表觀遺傳、轉錄調控、轉錄後調控、翻譯調控等多層面描繪疾病發生發展過程中的基因調控圖譜,揭示靶标基因


成果簡介

主持國家級、省部級、校級科研項目6項,作為項目骨幹參與國家級科研項目多項;在Cell ResearchNucleic Acids Research等國内外重要學術期刊上發表學術論文20餘篇申請國家發明專利3項,已授權1項。指導本科生獲得國家級大學生創新訓練項目1項、省級大學生創新訓練項目1項,南京大學安邦書院“金種子”早期科研訓練項目1項,并在多項教學競賽中獲得優異成績。
