教授、博導,副院長,教育部長江學者特聘教授,中組部青年拔尖人才,江蘇省傑青。

曾在哈佛大學-麻省理工人類科技研究中心(Harvard-MIT Human Science & Technology)、哈佛大學-維斯研究中心(Harvard-Wyss Institute)訪學。

研究方向:人工智能驅動的蛋白質工程與微生物工程及其在藥物遞送中的應用。 研究成果發表在 Nat. Biomed. Eng.Nat. Commun.PNASSci. Adv.,Adv Mater.等期刊上,并被Science, Nature BME等期刊進行亮點報道和專欄評論。申請發明專利40餘項,獲得多項國家重點研發計劃課題的資助、作為主要完成人獲教育部一等獎2項(2/11;2/9)江蘇省333工程二層次人才,江蘇省“六大人才高峰”高層次人才,江蘇省醫藥科技傑出青年獎等榮譽。



PS: 本實驗室為多學科交叉,歡迎具有不同背景的同學加入(計算機、化學、生物、醫學、藥學)。實驗室的目标是在人工智能的輔助下,通過蛋白質工程與微生物工程,實現治療分子的減毒增效。歡迎對基礎研究感興趣(蛋白質結構與工程、微生物工程)的學生加入,同時也歡迎立志于推動研究成果向臨床轉化的同學、博士後加入課題組!
