Xuebing Feng obtained his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from the Medical School of Nanjing University in 1994 and 1996, respectively, and his Doctorate in internal medicine from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Medical School in 2003. From 2004 to 2006, he underwent postdoctoral training at the Division of Rheumatology, David Geffen School of Medicine, University of California, Los Angeles.
Currently, he is the Chief Physician and Vice Director of the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Nanjing University Medical School. Additionally, he serves as the President of Jiangsu Rheumatology Association and is a member of the Chinese Rheumatology Association.
His research team is dedicated to investigating the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and developing new diagnostic and treatment strategies for this prototypical autoimmune disease.
