Bing Chen received her BS and MS degrees from Nanjing Medical University, and her Ph.D. from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. Since 1995, She has been engaged in clinical and scientific research work of hematology at the Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School. From 2012 to 2013, she worked as a visiting scholar at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in the United States. She was appointed as a Chief Physician in 2013, and currently serves as the Administrative Director of the Department of Hematology, the Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School.
In 2017, she was recognized as a leading talent in the medical innovation team of Jiangsu Province. She has dedicated her career to clinical and basic research on hematological malignancies, with a special focus on multiple myeloma. She has accumulated significant theoretical and clinical expertise in the pathogenesis, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy of multiple myeloma and other hematological malignancies.
