Jinhui Wu is a professor and doctoral supervisor. He has visited MIT Health Center and Wyss Research Center, Harvard University. His research interests include microorganism and nanomaterial carriers and disease treatment. He has published over 90 papers in SCI journals, including Nat Biomed. Eng., Nat. Commun., PNAS,and Sci. Adv.. His publications have been cited over 5000 times, with a maximum citation of a single article over 700. He has been recognized as a “Highly Cited Researcher” by ESI.
He has obtained 11 authorized invention patents, of which 3 are international patents in the United States, Japan, and Europe. He has led projects that are supported by the National Youth Talent Program, Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, and National Natural Science Foundation. He has also received funding from the National Key R&D Program “Nanotechnology” project and the National Key R&D Program “Frontier Biotechnology” project.
Jinhui Wu has won numerous awards, including the first prize in National Natural Science Awards and the first prize in National Technology Invention Awards from the Ministry of Education. He is recognized as a second-level talent of the“333” Talent Scholar Project in Jiangsu Province, a high-level talent of the “Six Talent Peaks” in Jiangsu Province, and has received the Outstanding Youth Award in Medical Science and Technology from Jiangsu Province.
