胡凱,主任醫師、教授,博士、美國哈佛大學伟德官网手机版眼科博士後,博士後導師、博士生導師;美國哈佛大學伟德官网手机版附屬麻省眼耳醫院高級訪問學者伟德官网手机版附屬鼓樓醫院眼科行政副主任。臨床與科研(基礎研究)并舉,均具有較豐富的經驗;精通英語,能緊跟國際最新醫學前沿及趨勢。

擅長白内障、斜視、視網膜玻璃體疾病(玻璃體切割術)、眼表及角膜疾病、青光眼、淚囊疾病、上睑下垂及眼部整形美容等的手術操作。尤其擅長各種白内障摘除術,斜弱視矯正,玻璃體視網膜手術,眼表角膜幹細胞及羊膜移植、複雜眼表重建術。亦擅長應用角膜共聚焦顯微鏡對各類複雜眼表疾病進行診治。

通過博士及在美博士後(哈佛大學附屬Schepens眼科研究所)的研究訓練,深入了解國際最新的眼科科研動态,熟練掌握目前常用的細胞、分子生物學實驗,免疫學實驗以及動物實驗操作技術,特别精通激光共聚焦顯微成像技術、實時動态小鼠活體雙光子顯微成像、小鼠活體表面熒光顯微成像技術。熟悉各種轉基因及基因敲出小鼠的基因鑒定及實驗操作。熟悉科學研究中的數據采集、分析、統計以及對英文科學論文的撰寫。
