個人簡介

1. 工作簡曆

   1997年碩士畢業于伟德官网手机版，同年至南京軍區南京總醫院腎髒科工作至今。2007年獲南京大學博士學位，2008年至意大利IRRIV研究所作訪問學者1年。2011年擔任南京總醫院血液淨化中心主任。長期從事急慢性腎損傷及血液淨化治療的臨床及研究相關工作。

2. 科研情況簡介

   既往對以連續性腎髒替代治療為基礎的血液淨化相關臨床應用及其療效機制進行了系統研究，證實了CRRT在維持内環境穩定及免疫内穩态方面的作用，并對這項技術在全國範圍的推廣應用作出重要貢獻。對于CRRT應用中的技術難點即抗凝難題，提出了體外循環枸橼酸抗凝系列方案，并從機制上闡明了其對免疫細胞功能的影響。

   創新性提出并建立了系列血液淨化新技術，包括組合式人工肝支持系統，模仿腎小管重吸收過程的新型CRRT模式，離心/膜分離組合式雙重血漿置換等。

   相關研究成果曾獲教育部科技進步一等獎，軍隊醫療成果一等獎，江蘇省新技術引進獎一等獎。

   
   

3. 研究興趣

   對以膿毒症為始動因素導緻的高緻死性臨床多髒器損傷臨床治療目前存在的困境，研究以體外循環幹預性治療相關技術為核心建立治療模式。除了既往數十年研究的方向，即CRRT治療技術外，今後拟探尋以細胞幹預性治療，及針對循環中有形成分，如細胞碎片，病源微生物進行清除性治療可能的技術及其療效機制進行研究，試圖為臨床治療膿毒症相關綜合征提供更有效的新型治療手段。
