個人簡介

1995年畢業于中國科學院上海生物化學研究所,獲理學博士學位。1999-2001年間在美國德州大學西南醫學中心生理系從事博士後研究,2004年至今在南京大學任教授。長期從事小鼠遺傳學、平滑肌收縮生理學與疾病研究。在系統生物學水平,研究闡明了平滑肌收縮鈣機制、鈣敏機制的分子基礎;從平滑肌角度,系統闡明了胃腸動力調節機制、肛門括約肌的自發收縮機制、哮喘高反應性形成機制、肥胖性高血壓形成機制等。在此基礎上,開展平滑肌相關疾病(如胃腸病、哮喘、血管病、神經退行性病變等)的發病機制研究和轉化研究。研究成果分别發表在 Gastroenterology20082013)、J Clin Invest.2022)、PNAS(20152022)J.
