個人簡介

侯亞義,南京大學教授/博導。獲南京大學理學學士和碩士學位,日本東京大學博士學位。曾在東京大學從事博士後研究和美國密西根大學伟德官网手机版作為訪問學者。探索了炎症微環境中髓系免疫細胞調控腫瘤/自身免疫病發生發展的分子機制,發現髓源抑制性細胞(MDSCs)的異常擴增發生在狼瘡的早期及其對T細胞等的調控作用;分析了樹突狀細胞(DCs)及間充質幹細胞(MSCs)在自身免疫病中的作用,發現MSCs産生的外泌體與其母細胞對于緩解炎症性及免疫性疾病的作用類似;研究了腫瘤免疫逃逸機制,建立了一些靶向治療腫瘤的方法;評價了一些中藥成分對小鼠疾病模型的免疫調節及纖維化緩解的效果。主持和參與過國家自然科學基金重大研究計劃項目、國家科技部重點研發計劃課題、國家科技重大專項、國家科技支撐計劃重大項目、江蘇省衛生廳“興衛工程”等項目。發表國内外論文280餘篇,其中SCI收錄論文220餘篇;獲授權國家專利5件。
