個人簡介

    李爾廣，病原生物學教授，博士生導師，伟德官网手机版微生物與藥學實驗室負責人。北京中醫藥大學中藥專業學士，美國密西西比大學藥學院生藥學博士；先後在美國思科瑞普斯研究所（Scripps Research Institute）從事博士後研究，後任免疫學助理教授、課題負責人；2008 年回伟德官网手机版工作，負責醫學生《病原生物學》教學，開設新生研讨課和公選課程。
    研究方向：1）從化學生物學角度研究内源性分子代謝與疾病的關系，包括核苷酸、脂類以及氨基酸代謝與天然免疫應答，腫瘤發生、神經退變性疾病的關系以及在治療中的作用；2）天然産物以及合成化合物抗微生物、抗腫瘤活性篩選和評價，包括天然及合成功能化合物的細胞和動物模型篩選，小分子化合物作用機理靶點鑒定和機理研究；3）病原體感染過程中的天然免疫應答機制，包括天然免疫識别和逃逸的分子機理等。
    曾主持美國國立衛生研究院（NIH）腺病毒基因治療載體改造和沙眼衣原體細胞入侵機理科研課題、主持中國自然科學基金課題2項，參與NIH和國家自然科學基金項目多項，獲美國NIH Research Career Development Award，是國家基金委“藥源分子及作用機制創新群體”成員。以通訊作者和課題負責人在PNAS, PLoS Pathogens, J. Immunology, J. Virology, J. Bacteriology, Antiviral Research, FASEB J.等刊物上發表研究論文。
