個人簡介

    李爾廣,病原生物學教授,博士生導師,伟德官网手机版微生物與藥學實驗室負責人。北京中醫藥大學中藥專業學士,美國密西西比大學藥學院生藥學博士;先後在美國思科瑞普斯研究所(Scripps Research Institute)從事博士後研究,後任免疫學助理教授、課題負責人;2008 年回伟德官网手机版工作,負責醫學生《病原生物學》教學,開設新生研讨課和公選課程。
    研究方向:1)從化學生物學角度研究内源性分子代謝與疾病的關系,包括核苷酸、脂類以及氨基酸代謝與天然免疫應答,腫瘤發生、神經退變性疾病的關系以及在治療中的作用;2)天然産物以及合成化合物抗微生物、抗腫瘤活性篩選和評價,包括天然及合成功能化合物的細胞和動物模型篩選,小分子化合物作用機理靶點鑒定和機理研究;3)病原體感染過程中的天然免疫應答機制,包括天然免疫識别和逃逸的分子機理等。
    曾主持美國國立衛生研究院(NIH)腺病毒基因治療載體改造和沙眼衣原體細胞入侵機理科研課題、主持中國自然科學基金課題2項,參與NIH和國家自然科學基金項目多項,獲美國NIH Research Career Development Award,是國家基金委“藥源分子及作用機制創新群體”成員。以通訊作者和課題負責人在PNAS, PLoS Pathogens, J. Immunology, J. Virology, J. Bacteriology, Antiviral Research, FASEB J.等刊物上發表研究論文。
